Design must be completed in the Evoke line and will be entered as a REG order.
Download the files below and email them to Customer Service (email below)
- .KIT file from 2020,
- Evoke Order Cover Sheet Download
- Consumer Finish and Wood Agreement Download
- Custom Quote Form or RFQ# Download if applicable (Custom Quote process must be completed prior to order submission)
We will import the items exactly as they are in the .kit file
