Cesar started with R.D. Henry & Co. over twelve years ago as our graphics guy. He is responsible for all of our visual communications, not only for our dealers and their customers but also for our plant visuals and safety materials. He manages our catalogues, marketing materials, such as brochures, posters, handouts, sales sheets, and many other projects. Furthermore, he is responsible for our web presence and any other type of promotional material throughout our firm. Cesar is married to Tonya, and together they have three boys and one girl. Tina started with R.D. Henry & Co., over 10 years ago as a marketing assistant, then after a few year later, she was promoted to be the Marketing manager. Her responsibilities include the oversight of advertising campaigns, dealer initiatives, dealer on-boarding, company communications and operations such as the coop program. Tina is married to Blake and has 3 children and loves spending time with her children's sports activities. Tina's extension is 158
