For painted finishes, we offer 3 different substrates. MDF Paint, Paint Grade, and Craftwood, and every one tailored for each specific painted finish. Craftwood is tailored for 1-piece doors that don’t have any distressings on them. MDF Paint is for those who have distressing on the rail and stile and the paint-grade one is for finishes with aging or distressings on the panel as well as the rail and stile.
